CeCe The Web’s therapy cat early life was one fraught with uncertainty as told by long time members. CeCe was found by Web member TC as a small kitten abandoned in a dumpster here in Fairview, malnourished and clinging to life. TC brought CeCe to The Web to see what could be done to save her life. Web members sought staff’s help also in working to save this life of the adorable kitten. First was getting her food and water, then sleep while staff reached out to a veterinarian to seek advice on what to do next. Over the next few days, CeCe had her first medical examination, first set of shots and much to her dislike a bath. During the next few weeks CeCe showed remarkable improvement and found herself at home here at the Web and loving her big extended family.
CeCe is now approximately 15 years old and has been a source of unconditional love & encouragement for all that share some time with her. CeCe’s job has been defined as one who works with Web members to strengthen their social, emotional and cognitive abilities. CeCe is available 6 days a week while the Web is open to meet new & current members and provide her own unconditional love and support.
